Marlborough, Massachusetts – June 28, 2021 – SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston announced the completion of three new leases at Knowledge Park in Marlborough. Knowledge Park consists of three buildings located at 2, 4, and 5 Mount Royal Ave for a total of 161,000 square feet conveniently located on Route 20 directly off I-495. The three new leases consist of the following tenants: Bath and Body Works, Radius Financial Group, and HMYATIM Ventures.
CB Equities purchased the three-building portfolio in 2017 and has made significant improvements including a state-of-the art gathering space called “The Club Room” that offers a complimentary Starbucks coffee machine, comfortable coworking rooms, outdoor patio, a fitness center, and a business lounge.
“We’re excited to welcome our new tenants to Knowledge Park,” said Bob MacNamara, President of Dartmouth Property Management who manages the campus. “I’m happy to see the parking lot full again now that tenants are returning to the office. The atmosphere and energy throughout the park is back to the level it was before the pandemic and it’s really refreshing to see.”
Bath and Body Work is an American retailer that specializes in shower gels, lotions, fragrance mists, perfumes, creams, candles, and home fragrances. Knowledge Park will serve as Bath and Body Works’ Northeast Headquarters for their Regional Director.
“Bath and Body Works was attracted to the amenities at and within walking distance to the buildings,” said Garrett Quinn of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston who represents the property for lease. “In addition, the convenient location off 495 makes Knowledge Park an ideal location to serve their Northeast operations.”
Radius Financial Group is a New England based, full-service mortgage bank that was founded in 1999. Radius Financial Group will be expanding their operation at Knowledge Park after originally leasing individual private offices. Bill Sullivan of Avison Young represented Radius Financial Group in the transaction.
HMYATIM Ventures operates gas stations and convenience stores while also operating as a whole gas distribution business. They were represented by Nishan Papazian from Greater Boston Commercial Real Estate Properties.
