260-270 Eliot Street in Ashland, Massachusetts was a lease renewal for 12,700 square feet to the tenant Elite Gymnastics Academy. The deal was completed by Senior Advisor Garrett Quinn of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston. Founded in 2008, Elite Gymnastics Academy renewed its lease to continue to occupy space at the Ledgemere Industrial Park. SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston owns and manages the flex property in Ashland.
31 Union Ave in Sudbury, Massachusetts was a new lease for 8,029 square feet of industrial/flex space for the tenant Hub Parkour Training Center. Senior Advisors Garrett Quinn and Alex Wood represented the landlord, Chiswick Park LLC. Associate Advisor Matt Cuneo represented the tenant, Massachusetts Parkour Inc in the transaction.
