64 Union Ave is a 16,382 square foot industrial building on 1.42 acres. The industrial building has a 16’ clear height and features 1 loading dock. The building was originally built in 1981, but just recently renovated in 2022.
The property is situated just off Route 20, which is a major east-west highway that runs through Sudbury and connects to nearby towns such as Marlborough, Waltham, and Weston.
