Boston, MA — March 31, 2023 — As we close up Q1 of this year, a few of our advisors from our North Market Team have been recognized by Connect CRE for top broker award 2023. Assistant Managing Director of Brokerage, Matthew Quinlan, Senior Advisor, Alex Berger and Associate Advisors, Ryan Parsons and Miguel Encarnacion have been recognized for this well-deserved award.
Connect CRE’s Top Broker Awards is to highlight significant deal successes and the year’s leading deal makers during 2022, a challenging year for the market. The North Market team is honored to be recognized as one of ten brokerage teams in the Boston/New England market. The team completed 507,997 square feet in commercial leases and renewals over 42 transactions in the previous year.
One significant transaction from the previous year involved the team’s representation of Oliver Street Capital in leasing out a 60,000 square foot industrial building at 7 Connector Road in Andover, Massachusetts to A/Z Corporation. A few months prior to this transaction, the team represented the previous building owner, Stickamayka Group LLC in a $10.4 million sale to Oliver Street Capital.
The North Market Team has also been involved in other significant transactions including a 64,000 square foot lease to 3 STEP Sports at 300 Brickstone Square in Andover, Massachusetts, 30,000 square feet of medical/office leases at 62 Brown Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts and a 20,000 square foot expansion at 4 Omni Way in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
