Framingham Massachusetts– January 1st, 2024 – SVN® | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has successfully leased up 17,450 SF 853-881 Waverly Street in Framingham, MA bringing the building to 100% occupancy.

Senior Advisor, Garrett Quinn and Advisor, Matt Cuneo of SVN® | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston represented the tenant, CP Auto Group and the landlord, The Lemieux Group LLC in the transaction leasing up the remaining 7,450 SF. 

The industrial warehouse totals 28,990 SF on a 1.2 Acre lot. The building has three loading docks, three drive-in doors, and ample parking and signage.

Waverly Street is a multi-tenant building. Quinn and Cuneo represented the other tenant in the building, CP Auto Sales, as well as the landlord, Lemieux Group LLC in previous transactions earlier in 2023. They take up 10,700 SF of the building.
