The Buyer will be moving from their current location on Second Avenue in Waltham into the majority of 42 Weston Street later this year. According to one of the owners, the property’s location and access to major routes was one of the reasons they purchased it. In addition, the ability to occupy the space for their own needs was a key deciding factor.
42 Weston Street is situated on Route 20 and is located one mile from Interstate 95 and 3.2 miles from the Massachusetts Turnpike.
