Lowell, Massachusetts – July 20, 2021 – SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston announced the completion of a 7,047 square foot long-term lease at 59 Lowes Way in Lowell with Applied Behavior Institute.

ABI provides personalized ABA services to their clients. Headquartered in Worcester, they use ABA to work with people of all ages, developmental differences and community backgrounds to acquire vital living skills and become independent citizens in the modern world. The new location reflects Applied Behavior Institute’s plans to offer their services in new markets. According to Marci Alvarado, ABI is planning to expand into many other areas within Massachusetts over the next two years.
