Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. (PCG) announced today the sale of three industrial condos at 10 Draper Street in Woburn, Massachusetts.
Marci Alvarado, Vice President of Parsons Commercial Group, represented the buyer, David’s World Famous Realty in the transaction. The purchase included units 1, 2, and 15 for a total purchase price of $740,000.
“The buyer wanted to accommodate their expanding business needs,” noted Alvarado. The Seller, Lily Draper Street, LLC represented themselves.
