Southborough Massachusetts– December 22nd, 2023 – SVN® | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed the sale of a ±43,000 square foot flex building at 337 Turnpike Road in Southborough, Massachusetts for $5.1 Million.

337 Turnpike has tremendous value-add upside through lease up. Currently there is ±24,185 square feet of vacancy; ±15,915 square feet of low bay industrial space and ±8,270 square feet of office space. These spaces can be subdivided into smaller spaces diversifying the tenant base.
